Description

Ancient Whitebark Pines of Crater Lake National Park Postcards

Bring back the magic of handwritten letters with this set of approximately 100 postcards from Crater Lake and share stories from memories of being there.

Whitebark Pine (Pinus albicaulis) is a keystone species, a supplier of pine nuts, seeds, and shelter to wildlife. This long-lived pine is in peril due to the exotic blister rust disease. Many have died along Crater Lake National Park West Rim Drive.
