Jose, a certified personal trainer and life/health coach, embarked on a healthy lifestyle journey in 2015 when he was overweight and drained from a hectic life. Encouraged by a friend's group challenge, he committed to change, shedding 38 pounds in four months and delving into personal development. He embraced CrossFit, joined a supportive community, and, inspired by his own transformation, started helping others. In 2020, he pursued coaching full-time, focusing on both healthy living and mindset mastery to empower individuals to overcome obstacles and elevate all aspects of their lives.
