You can tell by the grin on its face, that it is a "Naughty Cat"!  The feathers in its mouth is further proof.  This clay figurine stands approximately 11" tall and is the creation of Nolan Windholtz, America's most collected clay artist and potter who has been a professional potter for 35 years. 

Nolan is now a popular workship instructor who teaches future clat artists and potters.  He has worked to start pottery businesses in emerging countries like Uganda.  A percentage of all Nolan's pottery sales goes to his charitable work in Africa.
