Merrimack River Feline Rescue Society (MRFRS) was established in 1992 and was one of the first animal welfare organizations to be focused solely on cats. For over 30 years MRFRS has worked io improve the lives of cats through adoption, providing low-cost spay/neuter services, and supporting cat owners with vaccines, food, litter and medical assistance. MRFRS has assisted over 140,000 cats!

The MRFRS Fur Ball has been around almost as long as the organization itself and this year marks our 30th gala! As our largest annual fundraiser, it plays a pivotal role in raising funds to support our life-changing programs.
