Field + Fort is interior designer Kyle Irwin‘s beautiful home store at the east end of Lillie Avenue in Summeerland. Painted white and the epitome of modern California cottage style, the structure is hardly recognizable as the former site of Cantwell’s market. It’s filled with beautiful furniture and objects. Field + Fort also houses Feast, an all-day farm-to-table cafe with sweets, coffees, and sandwiches like the chicken tarragon or roast beef with whipped feta and harissa that are perfect for a mid-afternoon bite.
