This Victorian Cottage has been family owned for 126 years. In fact, a relative of the family worked as a gardener for our very own Dr. Physick!

First floor: Living room with smart TV, dining room and open concept kitchen (newly remodeled) and powder room. Three beds and two baths (both newly remodeled) on the second floor and one bedroom on the third floor with three twin beds. Yard is fully fenced in when driving gate is closed! House is three blocks to the beach and easy walk to the Washington Street Mall.
