The late Jerry Dance was a self-taught artist from Blackstone Va. He became a full-time working artist after 6 years of service in the United States Army. His painting is full of movement and energy, depicting scenes from his grandparents' era as he says: "with a respectful eye for details to their humble lifestyle."
