The three sessions will be to determine your level of needs to provide better outcomes for your body and your sessions in the long term.

• The first session is a basic assessment in pilates and movement.


• The second is to assess the challenges you face.


• The third is a challenge session to determine if you may be stronger in some areas than others.

Owner Julie is here to offer her clients, prospective clients and our Mar Vista, Culver City & Playa-Marina community a resource to private pilates sessions, mat classes and rehabilitation based training. After several years working with several doctors and surgeons she wanted to offer a healing space for those needing to unravel their injuries, fears and trauma in a safe environment.

The individual studio space is a safe space to talk, move and learn about your patterns and your body! They look forward to seeing you!
