Winning bidder will receive one 1-hr, in-home Women's Pelvic Health Evaluation with Doctor Of Physical Therapy, Kristen Merchant of Sacral Physical Therapy and Birth Services. Service provided is assessment of concerns in relation to the pelvic floor for women, to include, but not limited to bowel/ bladder concerns, pain in pelvic region, recovery post abdominal procedures, DRA, childbirth prep or recovery. Patient's home address must be within Los Angeles County. Services to be rendered before April 1, 2024.
