In 2021 the historic fish preparation and paint warehouse (affectionately known as The Tin Building) was purchased along with the Rudder Restaurant by two local residents, Matthew Moynahan and Thomas Aurelio. Dedicated to the revival of Rocky Neck, they reopened the building in 2022 after the restoration of the second floor for additional art space.
