There are two bathrooms upstairs and one bathroom downstairs.  

Upstairs the bedrooms are: 1 bdrm with 2/twin beds, 2 rms w/ queen beds, and 1 room w/ a double bed.

Downstairs the bedrooms are: 1 w/ queen, 1 w/ queen sleep sofa (new), and 1 bunk room with 4 twins and 1 queen bunk.
