I have been playing Augusta Ranch since its opening. The things that made it a good golf course then make it a great golf course now. It does not feel like a "small" course with its wide fairways and ample distance from the surrounding homes. The course is always in good condition, the greens in reasonable speed, and I have never had a bad lie in the fairways. The addition of the "Vue" makes this a class leader! August Ranch Golf Course is a perfect place to play and/or practice, and a great place to hang out. It would be a huge loss for our community if it were to ever close down. - Mike C

August Ranch is located in Mesa, Arizona about 30 minute drive from downtown Phoenix.

Augusta Ranch Golf Club is the ideal facility for players new to the game, golfers wanting to sharpen their short game skills and golfers looking to lower their scores. And in an era of limited free time, one can walk or ride and play 18 holes of golf in 3 ½ hours or less.

TOURNAMENTS
1) GlowBall- GlowBall has a huge following, so be sure and sign up early. There is no stop to the fun that can be had out at Augusta Ranch Golf Club.

2) 100 Hole Marathon- Augusta Ranch has been supporting 100 Hole Golf Marathon's for several years. Much like the walks for cancer, the 100 Hole Golf Marathon has participants and sponsors. The participant makes a commitment and then asks for support from their warm market, better known as friends, relatives, business associates and coworkers.

3) ABC Scramble- ABC Scramble is a summer event hosted every Wednesday evening from mid-April through mid-September. The ABC Scramble is a Skins Game with a season ending event in September.

4) Short Course Classic- Augusta Ranch Short Course Classic Started in 2012, Arizona Short Course Classic has now become an annual event at Augusta Ranch Golf Club. The Short Course Classic promotes the philosophy of all golfers of any skill level competing. Making the tournament extra special is juniors competing with amateur adults for a "grand" prize; a "Green Blazer", prize fund and trophy.

5) Folds of Honor- Augusta Ranch has been proud to host an annual golf tournament honoring our veterans. Check the calendar for the date. 6) "On Course for the Holidays"
On Course for the Holidays has become an annual event at Augusta Ranch Golf Club - a community event where you can watch a movie on the driving range, see the lights driving around the golf course in golf carts, enjoy a hayride, spend some time telling Santa what you want for Christmas. The price for seeing the Movie and the lights is a donation to a local charity (and even that is not required). The Hayride is a slight fee and of course, if you want to enjoy a beverage and food, there is a price! Check the date here and kick off the holidays in style. Be ready, times go quickly.
