Cancellation Policy
Once you have booked an appointment with us it means that we have reserved time in our schedule exclusively for you. Our therapists require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be subject to a Cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the appointment. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file with your account.
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment online from your Acuity account prior to the 24 hr window or calling our office at (407) 802-2225 (If we are unavailable, we will accept a message on our voicemail as notification).
