What's Included in an in-Home Consultation: Prior to our consultation we will send you an initial design questionnaire to better assess your needs. At the session we will bring a selection of materials to better understand your color, texture and style aesthetic preferences as well as analyze the colors, textures and styles that best coordinate with any existing features. Please note that this is a list of typical topics discussed at the consultation. Each appointment is unique and some or all of the topics listed will be discussed:

- On-site analysis where we get to know you and your goals, understand your needs and any specific requirements for the space.

- Discussion of what is working for you and what is not, and why

- Review any existing drawings available for the property

- Discuss initial thoughts, ideas, functional needs and make suggestions for a design direction and scope of work 

- Walk through of each room with discussion of style and how you live 

- Furniture layout initial considerations 

- Discuss a preliminary budget 

- Discuss project timeline

- Discuss how we work with our contractors and valued trades and how we advocate for you

- Review of your current furnishings, your treasured possessions and heirlooms and recommendations on items and areas in need of an upgrade

- Explanation of the design process, how we work and what to expect 

- Answer any other questions you may have The consultation is a great opportunity to get to know each other, and understand your needs better, as well as an opportunity to discuss initial ideas which we take time to develop later into a custom design plan, tailor-made for your specific needs.
