OUR STUDIO
Our studio is bright, open and airy with vibes that inspire and uplift. We offer top quality Pilates training in a group class setting and one-on-one, however, our studio culture doesn’t solely focus on the physical benefits. We believe that finding a deeper connection to oneself and to others, fostering self-love, and teaching confident and empowered movement is a big part of what makes our approach work.

We searched for the very best eco-conscious and locally made brands for our boutique. and hand-picked every item to ensure quality. Whether it’s new leggings to elevate your practice, a tank you can wear to class and then to happy hour, or a candle to bring a bit more peace into your home, this is where to find it.
OUR EQUIPMENT
Our custom Reformers were designed by founder, Courtney Miller to maximize flow, efficiency and safety in a class with the added ability to seamlessly incorporate fusion modalities like Yoga, Barre, and fitness without losing the traditional Pilates Reformer repertoire.
Special Instructions
Item pick up will be at Capri Elementary week of March 11th, 2024 from 1pm - 3pm. Any unclaimed item after June 15 becomes property of Capri Elementary Auction Committee.
Bidder is responsible for Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Capri Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No PO Boxes and no C.O.D.
