Welcome to Studio Nourished! In the Studio, you will find a curated collection of
educational videos, downloads, guided practices, expert discussions, workshops, and live Q&As all created by our licensed clinicians here at
Nourished Wellness Group, a holistic therapy practice in Encinitas.

Studio content has been created and facilitated by our licensed clinicians to
support integrative learning through intentionally designed practices, helping you
to reconnect with your body through a nervous-system-oriented approach, and
delve into the mind-body connection with our holistic practitioners.

Everything you will find in the Studio is 60 minutes or less. We want to ensure
that the education and practices are manageable, digestible, and doable for you

Just like anything new or different, our healing work is difficult. And most
importantly, it’s a practice. Studio Nourished is a space to engage in the practiceof unraveling, growing, and being.

The intention is to utilize the Studio in a way that aligns with where you are
currently in your healing journey. You could potentially utilize it on a daily basis by
engaging in the guided practices or maybe you carve out some time
weekly/monthly to dive into a workshop, course, or guided PDF download. Wehope the Studio is supportive and nourishing!
