The OnGrowing Mindfulness: Program for Variegated Sages + Ages

Imagine bringing some of the joy of a garden experience into your home. I am a Horticultural Therapist who works with seniors and especially, seniors living with dementia. I use a botanical tool box to create strong connections for both a senior living at home and their care partner. I also used guided meditation to imagine a stroll through a senior-filled garden or sitting in a park.

I work with care communities throughout Westchester and Manhattan. I also teach at the New York Botanical Garden in the Therapeutic Horticulture department. I will come to your house to connect with your family member or friend for two, one hour sessions. I will bring all the materials for a meaningful and enjoyable time. I am also a studio artist here at Bethany!
