Special Instructions
All orders are subject to a $1.00 shipping and handling fee. This fee will be automatically added to your total purchase when the auction closes. Gift certificates will be sent via USPS or e-mailed if applicable. If you win an item and would like it mailed, please email susie@tbwh.org by April 22, 2024 and we will do so at your expense. If you would like to pick up an item, please contact us by April 22, 2024, otherwise we will ship your item.
Larger items can be picked up in Seaside, CA or shipped at the winning bidder's expense via USPS Mail. $15 for large envelopes, $32 for medium boxes, $44 for large boxes. Some items do not fit into these categories and you will be notified. We will try to use the smallest package size we can. We will insure packages when shipping; however, Teddy Bears with Heart is not responsible for items lost in the mail.
