Josey Baker Bread is donating a pair of tickets for their signature sourdough bread
baking class.  Treat yourself or give the gift of bread baking or pizza making to that
special someone!! You and a friend can enroll in our bread or pizza class at The Mill,
where you will get tons of hands-on instruction and plenty of individual attention. You’ll learn all about how to keep a sourdough starter healthy and active, how to mix up foolproof bread/pizza dough, and a bunch of tips and tricks to make incredible pizza/bread in your home oven. You’ll also leave the class with sourdough starter, fresh milled flour, and some very helpful tools! We will email you once you’ve made your reservation with instructions.
