Master bread baker Bill Huber will host your group of up to six people at his Moss Beach home to learn all about bread. The goal of the class is to not only be able to make a decent loaf of bread but also to be able to be conversant in talking about sourdough. All the steps related to creating a loaf of sourdough bread will be discussed and illustrated. Two loaves will be baked and the students will be able to take those home to taste their creation. The session will last about four hours with date to be mutally agreed upon between Bill and the winning bidder.
