Come to the beautiful HEAL Project Farm for this fun and fast-paced workshop on fermentation. With Master Food Preservers Denise Phillps and Zoe Kersteen-Tucker, learn about fermentation and the healthy benefits of eating fermented foods, create your own batch of sauerkraut to ferment at home, and enjoy a hearty tasting of a variety of fermented foods. There are only 12 spaces, so get yours now!
There are 12 spots available for this workshop, to be purchased individually for a set price of $50 per person.

Winning bid does not include shipping. Item can be picked up from The HEAL Project office in Half Moon Bay M-Th 9am-4pm or an auction team member can send gift certificates via regular mail. Winner can request we ship larger items at the winner's expense.
