Kathy Stetson Fitness and Health One Hour Consultation

Consultation includes a one hour in-home consultation for a health and fitness assessment and an individualized exercise program.  

Kathy Stetson is the owner of Kathy Stetson Fitness.  Kathy is a certified exercise physiologist and a licensed physical therapist with over 20 years of experience working with adults of all ages and abilities to improve their physical function.  She provides individual and community-based health and fitness programs.  She is passionate about helping the people and the groups that she works with become stronger and more resilient.
