Description

Nestled in the hills of the Nashoba Valley, 32 miles west of Boston, you will find Westward Orchards, a fourth-generation family-owned and operated farm on Massachusetts Avenue in beautiful Harvard, MA. The farm store offers a diverse selection of their own grown fruits and vegetables, local meats, eggs, dairy, cider donuts, as well as locally sourced items from like-minded producers.

Westward Orchards is in its eleventh season of offering a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. A CSA Program is a business model many farmers and producers use to connect with their local community by allowing them to buy a share of their crops before they have been harvested. With this Fruit Share, members can expect an assortment of seasonal Westward-grown fruit: peaches, nectarines, blueberries, strawberries, melons, apples, plums, pears, and tomatoes. Besides the fresh-picked fruit, you will receive weekly emails about your share with some recipe suggestions, and a 15% member discount on all Westward Orchards' grown produce.

The 10-week Fruit Share begins in late July 2024 and extends through October. Pick-ups are Monday and Tuesday from 9 AM to 5 PM at Westward Orchards.
