The home has 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, plus a 3rd floor loft sleeping area. A washer and dryer are available, and parking is free on the premises. Amenities include beach essentials (beach umbrella, beach chairs, beach toys), WIFI, cable TV, and a BBQ gas grill.

The owners follow the strict Covid-19 cleaning protocols developed by Airbnb, and there is a cleaning fee (typically around $250) in addition to the cost of this Auction item. There is also a linen service available that will supply sheets and towels for a cost of $300-$600, depending on the number of people.
