An Airstream trailer is a small, two-wheeled, metal camping trailer that is one of the smallest camping trailers on the road, but it is packed with features that many larger trailers do not have. 

This Happy Camper Cutting Board has the shape of the iconic Airstream camper, and like the camper, the cutting board has features and tools that many other cutting boards do not have.

Open the latch near the tailpipe of the Happy Camper and you will find a generously sized bamboo cutting board. There is an indented space to lay out cheeses on the left side of the cutting board, and a tray of 4 different cheese knives on the right. The cheese knives have 4 different shapes for the different ways you might spread, slice, scrape, or pick up cheese. Lift the tray of cheese knives out of the cutting board and you will discover a larger indented space for chips, dips, hummus, fruit or jams.

When your picnic lunch is finished, you can put the trays and knives back into the Happy Camper Cutting Board and drive away!
