Mary Ann Kennedy has studied under artists in Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, and at the University of NH, where she holds an Associate in Art degree. She has exhibited in several New England juried shows, including the Newburyport Art Show, the Scituate (Rhode Island) Art Festival, York Art in the Park, the Old Port Equinox Fair, and several local art festivals. The paintings depict her love of New England and its beautiful scenes of landscapes and seascapes in both watercolor and oils. Her work is on exhibit at The Port Gallery in Kennebunkport, ME, and can be seen in several local shows. MS. Kennedy is a member of the York Art Association, Maine Women in the Arts, and the Art Guild of The Kennebunks.
