Our wood fired oven is the heart of the restaurant: naturally leavened pizza dough from Vermont grown and milled flour, crisp greens and vegetables from farms a stones throw away (yes, even in winter), and all manner of loveliness from hardworking vermont farmers, makers, and cultivators.
