Neurofeedback Treatment/Enhancement Doctor Directed Program (12 sessions). Can be used for ADHD, mood, cognitive enhancement, anxiety, concussions.

This is limited to all of the following: (1) pre-screen, (1) mid-screen, (1) post-screen, and (9) 45-minute neurofeedback sessions in the office or at home. If you choose to do some of the sessions at home, the cost of the hardware is at an additional cost. You can also purchase additional treatment for a home to supplement this treatment. This treatment is to be used for enhancement and assist in the treatment of ADHD, executive functioning issues, and concussions. It is not a medical treatment and is not to be used in any legal context. The intake, pre/mid/post-screens, and in-office sessions will be scheduled and completed in the San Diego Office at 3200 4th Ave, Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92103 before December 15, 2024.

We may ask for insurance information. You will need to bring an ID for the evaluation. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent for the initial interview (parent can be virtually present). There will be intake paperwork that must be completed before the first appointment.
Sessions must be scheduled at least twice a week, so the total package is between 6-8 weeks, between the hours of 9-4 (ends at 5), Monday-Friday. This certificate
is not redeemable for cash, money, or other services. It is not transferable to another person without prior authorization by Dr. Ward. Dr. Ward, or colleagues, will
choose the assessment tools and assume the right to cancel this for any reason (ethical/legal) with no refund.
