TWO free weeks of small group classes at Cardio High in Auburndale.
Cardio High offers clients an efficient workout consisting of dynamic warm up, cardio, strength, flexibility and core training. We provide a friendly, fun atmosphere with excellent coaches who make sure every movement is performed safely. Clients can burn up to 1,000 calories in each session - though our main focus is making everyone leaves feeling great.
Cardio High is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program using low impact movement that is perfect for people who want a great workout without damaging joints or muscles.
Cardio High trainers provide guidance and motivation, so clients train with proper form and push themeselves safely to their limits. Studies show that people continue to burn fat for up to 36 hours following a high intensity workout. It’s a great way to get fit fast.
