A workout party for you and up to 7 friends.
The workout party is a great way to experience Cardio High with a group of friends. We can help build a custom music playlist and design the workout to be a fun experience. If some in the group never workout and others are serious athletes, that's OK because Cardio High is designed to train people to exercise at their own pace. We can also include an optional post workout celebration in coordination with our neighbors at Ward 4.
Cardio High is a High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) program using low impact movement that is perfect for people who want a great workout without damaging joints or muscles.
Cardio High trainers provide guidance and motivation, so clients train with proper form and push themeselves safely to their limits. Studies show that people continue to burn fat for up to 36 hours following a high intensity workout. It’s a great way to get fit fast.

Thank you for supporting our school. Note that this is a fundraising event so when purchasing your winning bid you will have the OPTION to cover all credit card and website fees (7.5%) to enable you to allocate 100% of your donation to Williams Elementary School.
