Yip Fitness: Live 1-hour Zoom online bodyweight training group fitness classes. Includes free one on one weekly to bi-weekly accountability coaching to meal-plan, learn accountability tricks, set daily habit goals, and manage stress.
DETAILS:
A 1-month membership for 30 days, cannot put a hold on the membership once started, it will expire after 30 days.
Ages 13-80 years old. Tailored for women.
No equipment needed to do the workouts.
All levels welcomed to class because every movement has a beginner to advance option.
No expiration date.
You can give it as a gift, so it is transferable.
No refunds. Cannot be combined with other gift certificates. Only new members.
Special Instructions
To give back to society, I have a goal of donating $1 million to non-profit organizations. I am a female small business owner doing Live Zoom fitness classes, I want to donate 1 month of unlimited classes to your event. My clients can be from any time zone, all over the US and Canada.
