Pair of scaups diorama by Joseph Q. Whipple

Hand painted 3 dimensional "shadow box" of a pair of scaups, signed by the artist and executed in connection with a series prepared for sale by Abercrombie and Fitch in the 1940s. Ducks are sculpted with plaster of Paris and then finely painted. One of a series of 8.
