Two (2) hand crafted pigeon ornaments from Neon Betty

Two (2) one of a kind hand-sewn and hand-embroidered pigeon ornaments, created using vintage fabric and sequins/beads. Ornament 1 fabric - front: up-cycled upholstery fabric scrap, back: 1970s black double knit with interwoven sparkly threads. Ornament 2 fabric – front: 1980s purple rose print cotton, back: 1970s neon green and blue plaid double knit.

They measure approximately 4 inches by 4 inches (about 2.5 inches thick). The pigeons are created from sequins and beads, sewn by hand one at a time. The ornaments are stuffed using poly-fil and hand-stitched together.

Care instructions: hand wash / spot clean only.

Each NeonBetty pillow is sewn completely by hand (no sewing machine) and hand-beaded and embroidered by a small batch independent maker.

Using funky vintage fabric, lots of color and unique 70s patterns, and sparkly sequins, each piece is a unique statement and one of a kind.  Lizzy is a pigeon lover and feeds a flock of pigeons and doves in south Brooklyn. She loves connecting with other pigeon lovers through her artwork.
