Description

Elusa Winery 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, Calistoga, Napa Valley, 1.5L

The 2011 Elusa Estate Cabernet Sauvignon exudes an energetic and rebellious spirit with its garnet hue. On the nose, it reveals a captivating array of aromas, including Luxardo cherries, stewed rhubarb, pomegranate, and raspberry preserves, complemented by hints of shortbread, and leather, along with subtle notes of chocolate and roasted cocoa. The palate is a delightful interplay of cranberry chutney, cinnamon, and bay leaf, featuring an intense bouquet, silky tannins, and a lively, lean, and elegantly refined finish.
