Special Instructions
Winning Bidder must redeem the tickets on or before April, 15, 2024 to be used at La Onda on June 1 + 2, 2024. Once redeemed, if the winning bidder chooses to pick up the passes at will call, the passes/wristbands will be available for pick up the week of the festival at the Box Office only. Box Office hours and location will be available 30 days prior to the festival. Passes are nontransferable and will call/guest name cannot be changed once the certificate has been redeemed.
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 8, 2024, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 6, 2024, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 5 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
