Four guests are invited to experience a preeminent Coombsville Vineyard tasting of Porter Family Vineyards wines in its caves. Comes with a chocolate and cheese selection to accompany the wines!
Our story starts five million years ago when a small sandpiper wandered along the shore, seeing a world we will never know. The tiny tracks the sandpiper left behind were covered with sediment and fossilized by the geological forces that created what is now the Porter Family Vineyards in the Coombsville region of Napa Valley. From our hillside vineyards and underground winery, our family makes small amounts of beautifully hand-crafted wines -- each one carrying the unique signature of this place. We retain the fossilized footprints of the sandpiper found on our property as a reminder of the incredible history of our winegrowing site, as we turn our heads to the future and the latest in winemaking arts to craft our special wines.
Special Instructions
Winning bidders located in Northern California may pick up their items in Napa at a location and date to be arranged -- details will be emailed to winning bidders. Items not picked up by March 8, 2024, will be mailed to the winning bidder, and purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Note that we will automatically mail gift cards and gift certificates for free -- no need to pick those up.)
Items purchased by bidders residing outside of Northern California will be shipped on or around Tuesday, February 6, 2024, unless you tell us that you wish to pick up your item. Purchaser is responsible for shipping and insurance costs. (Gift cards and gift certificates ship for free.) Please contact us at sbspcauction@gmail.com by February 5 if you plan to pick up your auction winnings.
Stone Bridge School and SBS Parent Council are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
