About Koi Zen Cellars:

Koi Zen Cellars opened in April 2015 fulfilling our long-time dream of having a winery. This was a huge, scary step but we knew we had to do it.

Since neither of us can grow anything, we chose to open an Urban Winery located in a business park in San Diego. Because we are not tied to the land, we can select where we source fruit. We select our fruit from where it grows the best and bring it to the winery for production. It’s challenging, but we don’t skimp on quality. We continually try to find that beautiful balance between the art and science of wine.
