This is a very rare find from Joan Baker Stained Glass.  Joan Baker created her company in 1975 and began producing hand-painted art at her kitchen table with pieces of broken glass. As they are no longer in business these are very hard to come by!  This beauitful frame holds a 4x6 picture and features five precious little kitties!
