- use of heated outdoor pool (heated like a bathtub in the winter) and two hot tubs
- walk to Deer Valley Ski Resort Snow Park Lodge parking lot in 3 minutes to catch a 1 minute shuttle to Snow Park Lodge for incredible skiing
- take a free shuttle/city bus or drive to Park City Ski Resort/Canyons for more skiing and snowboarding
- one hour drive through the mountains for more skiing and snowboarding in the Cottonwood Canyons (Alta, Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude)
- 15 minute walk, or 5 minute free bus ride to Park City Main Street for amazing restaurants, shopping, galleries, and nightlife
- do some celebrity sightseeing in Park City during the film festival, purchase tickets to a movie viewing, or attend a VIP event (make sure to get your tickets ahead of time!)
- 60 minute drive to Robert Redford's Sundance Resort for films and activities during the film festival (or any other time of year)

-Sundance Film Festival 2025 dates have not been announced yet, however, it is typically the 3rd and 4th weeks of January (6 nights in this time frame, or dates are flexible to be worked out with owner for another time)
- Your winter days can consist of waking up and having your coffee by the fireplace, putting on your skis for a day on the slopes, return home for a soak in the hot tub while kids play in the pool, and head to Park City for dinner reservations, a show, or celebrity sightseeing.
- If you choose to change your dates for a warmer time, Deer Valley offers amazing hiking, mountain biking, extreme sports, boating in the Jordanelle or Deer Creek Reservoir, paddle boarding right outside your door at Lakeside, river rafting, fly fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, zip lining and ropes courses at the famous Olympic Park.
