Lotusland Yoga on Valencia St. studio is now open - between 24th and 25th street in the heart of the Mission. Their classes are intimate and intentional and include sacred movement, meditation and mantra along with deep rest and reflection guided by yoga's spiritual teachings to return to our true nature of being.
