Enjoy a batch of Mr. Sam's homemade Cantonese Jook.....

My Grandma, or "Popo" as I call her in Cantonese, emigrated from Canton, China, in 1950. Some of my strongest and fondest memories are watching, smelling, and eating her delicious Jook. Jook is a savory rice porridge with chicken famous in many parts of Asia.
