Josey Baker Bread is honored and excited to bake some bread or make some pizza with you. You can choose between a class focused on sourdough bread, or sourdough pizza.

In the 2-hour class, we’ll take you through the process from start to finish. You’ll receive supplies to use during the class (flour, sourdough starter, etc), and
you’ll learn how to:

- keep your sourdough starter healthy and active
- mix a batch of bread or pizza dough
- shape a loaf of bread or pizza pie
- turn your home oven into a professional bread / pizza oven
