3 Private Session at the Upper East Side Studio
What makes Chaise different from other Pilates studios? Never suffer from fitness
fatigue by keeping your mind and body challenged through customizable private
sessions. Combine your Pilates work with TRX, or our signature Reinvention Method
using overhead bungees and resistance bands. Do Bands Sculpt and a Reformer
workout one day, Cardio intervals with the chair and bungees combined with TRX
strength exercises the next day. We design a truly individual fitness program based
on your needs and goals, and as life changes so too will your workout. It’s badass.
Voucher valid until March 1, 2025; once the voucher is redeemed, session must be used within one month; any late cancellations or no-shows result in a loss of session; session must be canceled 24 hours in advance.
