Four seasonal vols. of Thoreau's Journals, ed. by H.G.O. Blake, Riverside Pocket Editions
Item Number: 295
Time Left: CLOSED
Description
Set of four seasonal volumes of Thoreau's Journals, as edited by H.G.O. Blake, in the Riverside Pocket Editions series. Presumably, these four volumes are from the 11-volume set of Thoreau's writings, as released in soft leather-covered Riverside Pocket Editions, instead of the usual green cloth hardcovers. The previous owner kept the books in heavy plastic covers to protect the calfskin covers. The outer spines and cover edges show average wear or aging. Otherwise, these books are in very good condition. The pages are clean, except for the tissue protections at the title pages. What a lovely set to call your own!
