The palate is well-balanced with notes of fresh cranberry, rhubarb, and a lingering white pepper finish. Incredible depth and concentration complement rich tannins and lead into a smooth, medium finish.

Pair with bacon-crusted cedar plank salmon, or a roasted beet and arugula salad topped with walnuts and goat cheese.
