Jennifer provides in-home postpartum doula support to families for the first 12 weeks after your baby is born. Postpartum doula services may include:
Prenatal visit to create a plan for support
Emotional and physical recovery, newborn care, and feeding
Meal preparation so you stay hydrated and nourished
Light household chores like dishes and laundry
Care for baby while you take time to nap, shower, attend to an older child or take an hour to yourself
Care for older siblings inside the home
