Want to make an excersice plan but need a little help? Do you have old injuries and feel a little nervous?  Look no further than Beth El Nursery School's own Ellen Wirchin! 

Ellen will meet with you in your preferred exercise location for a 1-hour session and create a well-balanced exercise program with a focus on your individualized fitness goals and injury history. Correct technique will be thoroughly reviewed and you will know how and when to progress your program.

Ellen Wirchin, PT, DPT, CLT, CAPP-Pelvic, Certified Yoga Instructor has over 10 years of experience working in a variety of clinical settings as a licensed physical therapist. Areas of expertise include treatment of orthopedic injuries, limited mobility and creating well balanced exercise programs with a vigilant focus on correct technique. Programs include aerobic exercise (treadmill, stationary bike, etc.), aquatic therapy, yoga, Pilates and weight training.
