You are bidding on a weeklong beach house stay in Topsail, to be enjoyed sometime between October-March. You will work with the owner to identify an open week that works with your schedule during the designated time period.

Charming oceanfront cottage with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a bunk bed and an additional twin bed. Five beds in total with the ability to sleep 7 people. 

This home has an open-style living concept and was renovated throughout in 2020. New paint, new kitchen, new walls and floors, wall-mounted flat-screen TV in the living area, a flat-screen TV in each bedroom, new blinds, new ceiling fans, and more.

This location offers beautiful Atlantic Ocean views. Wake up early and soak in the beauty of the sunrise over the ocean from either ocean-facing bedroom, take in the salt-air breezes and gorgeous seaside vista from the ocean-side covered porch complete with rocking chairs and chaise lounge chairs, or relax on the street-side open deck to take in magnificent sunsets over Topsail Sound.

The cottage is just one mile from the charming town of Topsail Beach where a handful of lovely shops and restaurants await you.
