New Student Special! Enjoy 3 in-person yoga classes with Tessa Manning at the Sebastopol Yoga Barn.
Tessa is a Jr.1 certified Iyengar Yoga teacher (CIYT) and an International Yoga Therapist (IYAT). She has been practicing Iyengar yoga since 2007 and received her teacher training at the Iyengar Yoga Institute of San Francisco. She travels regularly to study with the Iyengar family in India. Tessa is dedicated to the Iyengar method because of its attention to alignment and the thorough change it brings about in the body. She has specialized teacher trainings in Prenatal Yoga and Yoga for Scoliosis.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, the certificate will be available for pick up in Sebastopol, CA on the designated pick up days or can be mailed at the winning bidder’s expense. Certificate will be mailed with insurance via USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all fees and billed at standard industry rates.
For planning, note that the pick-up days are Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024 from 2:00-6:00 pm, and Thursday, May 23rd, 2024 from 12:40-3:00pm at SunRidge School in Sebastopol, California.
All information and details about pick up times and location will be given in the auction closing email.
