Three (3) days of Day care @ Dogtopia of Oakbrook Terrace location ONLY (17W711 E Roosevelt Rd).  In order to redem this certificate, you must call to schedule an appointment.  All dogs must pass a temperament evaluation, be spayed/neutered after 7 months of age and be up to date on the following vaccines to use services above:  Bordetella, Rabies and Distemper.
